Does anyone have a method for removing stickers from the hood or belly pan? Can you use a heat gun??

I would just use a hair dryer. You can use a heat gun on low but you risk damaging the hood and belly pan.

...  hair dryer.  The idea is to heat SLOW.  If you get things too hot, the decal will just stretch and keep breaking.  Pull      S-L-O-W-L-Y.

A 3m easier wheel is best thing yet, you run with a drill.    Never once hurt the paint !!!
It's purpose is to remove the pin strips from cars so if good enough for car good enough for sled.   It's 30$ but won't hurt paint like scrapers and heat guns do.    Just me opinion.
And to keep in mind next time.   -Mike

Once the sticker is removed, I use Honda polish or bug and tar remover to remove the glue residue left from the decal.  Apply it, let it sit for 10-15 minutes, and the glue will wipe right off with a rag.

Autozone or other parts store. Looks like a buffing wheel made out of some kind of wax.
