Good morning. Yesterday was a special day for us. It was the very first time that we have ever had our sleds out on a lake. And the fastest that I have ever been able to run our Invader. I didn't believe the speedometer, so I set up the phone to track me for a while and was equally impressed. Even with the warm spring conditions and sticky wet snow, the experience was incredible. It was also interesting to see that our 78 Intruder - that can easily get a jump on the Invader here on the farm - could not keep up out on the open expanse of the lake. This was a great way for us to end the season.

Sounds like fun! All we have left here in Ohio is frozen grass.

Where in New York is this lake located? I'm out in Boston Mass.

Doug, Brant Lake is just north of Lake George - Exit 25 off of the Northway.

Found it, looks to be about 4 hours from me. Is that the area you live in?

Doug, we are about 3 1/2 hours south of Brant Lake. Saturday was the first time I ever trailered a sled anywhere. It was quite a different experience from running around our farm.

That looks like a nice place to ride!

Always wanted to own a farm or should I say have that much open space, so the sleds never have to have a registration.. So, you must be down around the catskills area.

We are very close to where New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania touch.
