I rarely have needed a whole kit.  Just pull them apart and clean, clean, clean and check for damaged parts

Carb Parts Warehouse is very good.  When we did our first sled many years ago I bought bowl gaskets.  The rep at CPW said we didn't need them, but I insisted that I wanted them anyway.  Many years later they are still sitting in my gasket box.

A thorough cleaning, fresh jets, and that little "o" ring on the end of the needle jet and you should be in business.  Only rarely do we need to replace the fuel valve (needle and seat).

imo    half the sleds that people cant get running correctly is cause they put in aftermarket/wrong needle and seats......ive worked on kaws since they were new, and have had ne/seats out less than 20 times, just not needed imo...clean everything well,[ i dont do jets often either] new o ring and crank seals.[i saved jim the trouble ;D]

;D you guys keep stealing my thunder!!

I replace the jets as I have seen some that were cleaned and they reamed them out with a tip cleaner and made things worse. Jets are fairly inexpensive, but you should put back the same size that came out unless you change something (like airbox to a filter, exhaust, etc)
