what is this invader worth

78 invader with 187 miles, looks brand new, been is storage for 30 years, never been registered, tool kit looks unused, sure it needs some work to get her running again, like I say, it looks brand new

 :ohas the motor been run periodically is the crank smooth when you turn it over by hand? Crank seals could be shot from sitting "dry" I mean. If the guy doesn't want too much for it you could end up putting a small fortune into it! I wouldn't give any more than 500.00 just becuz you don't know

IMO, an all original 78 with only 187 miles in perfect condition would be worth $1500-$2000, depending on condition of the mechanicles.  This should be in a museum and not ridden.

 It depends on what you want to do with it.

 I would say in the $1500 range.

 Sleds were built to be ridden.  But if you want one you ride a lot I would look for one with more miles. It will still need crank seals etc.
