Title: What is this called and is it still available?

1979 Drifter 340.  Muffler to belly pan accordion seal/flange/thing.  Any aftermarket or "close enough" seals?  Thanks!

The part's manual calls it an exhaust pipe boot...  I have an extra good used one for an Invader.  They look the same, but I'm bot sure if it is?
