Since it seems hard to find another cylinder in good shape should I sleeve it or get it replated. What is the procedure on sleeving. Bore jug for how tight on sleeve .004-.006? Heat cylinder in oven and freeze sleeve -130  or liquid nitrogen -378? Price on getting a cylinder repaired?
Thanks

Nicasil is my preference, but JMO.  You will spend aprox. $200 bucks per cyl.  By the time you are done purchasing a sleeve and boring, etc. you might as well just get the one(s) you already have Nicasiled.  No way is cheap.  The only benefit to cast iron sleeves is you can overbore and replace with larger pistons if the motor needs a future rebuild.  (Assuming you can locate oversized pistons for the motor).  This is just MY opinion, but most generally you get what you pay for.  Longevity and peace of mind is worth a lot to me.

We have sleeved cylinders in one Invader and one and a half Intruders.  In the Invader we have had many problems with coolant leaking around the outside of the sleeve.  The Intruders seam to seal the head to the top of the sleeve and have not given us any issues.  However, based upon our experiences with the Invader, if we ever need to rehab another bore I plan to have them replated back to original specification.
Intruders:  1978, 1979, 1981 Custom (Pink)
Invaders:   1980 440
Projects:    1981 Invader 440

My modded 4/6 has sleeved and bored cylinders.  No problems so far, even at 9000 rpm.   8)  No leaky head gaskets, but I use the two piece NOS 4/6 gaskets and believe them to be superior to any other head gasket...
