Nicasil is my preference, but JMO. You will spend aprox. $200 bucks per cyl. By the time you are done purchasing a sleeve and boring, etc. you might as well just get the one(s) you already have Nicasiled. No way is cheap. The only benefit to cast iron sleeves is you can overbore and replace with larger pistons if the motor needs a future rebuild. (Assuming you can locate oversized pistons for the motor). This is just MY opinion, but most generally you get what you pay for. Longevity and peace of mind is worth a lot to me.
