Interceptor running on one
« on: March 09, 2013, 12:51:44 PM »
I just picked up an Interceptor and it was running great then it seemed like it went down a cylinder. Noticed the screw from the coil was loose and arcing to the radiator. Tightened it up and still have the same problem. All stock carbs and 145 psi in each hole. Do the coils go bad? Any ideas would be great. This is a great site.

Do you know for sure the spark plugs are sparking?

Yes, great spark. Dug into it last night and found out the pulsar line was disconnected. Going to put it back together today. We will see if that was it.. Thanks for the response.

Yep, that was the problem. Still a little boggy in the midrange. I'm running br8es. Is that right or should I switch to a br9es? Thanks.
