Intruder cylinder Mag side

Cylinder has some scuffing in it to much to hone. These bores can they be machined oversized or do you have put another sleeve in it? What is the secret to porting/polishing these cylinders and what is the minimum runnable clearance between piston and head?
Thanks,
Kellly

std bore is chrome, no oversize...service manual says no hone, use acid, toilet bowl or boat hull cleaner works well.... if its iron its been sleeved, find an oversize piston or a different cly on e bay
