Looks like a nice engine.  I am questioning the "never been apart" statement based on the shroud bolts and washers that appear to be non standard.

I also found a parts manual for these engines and am very curious to see how many parts match the sleds.

Got the "Propulsion System" shop service manual today.  It is dated June 1, 1984 and shows TB 340 A, TA 440 A and TA 440 B.  The B engine is the most HP of the 3.  Considering the publication date, Kawasaki was making these engines years after the sleds stopped being produced.
