Title: 49080-3003 Starter cup

Is this a John Deere #?  It looks like a normal starter cup but has 3 ears around the OD.

 I don't think it is a Deere part

For some reason the link wont load.  My Kawasaki manual had PN's on both sides of the # so my first suspicion was JD.  I ended up with a few of them in a swap deal.

imo  earlier fan cooled.....rope notches if recoil fails....
