Not sure what you're asking......I thought the T.O.C. Invaders were only a one year deal?....maybe not.
I have never read anything that suggested the T.O.C. sleds were not completely stock, other than traction devices....studs, carbides, etc. Maybe someone knows more??
If you're asking the differences between the regular 79 models, and the 80, these things come to mind....which you probably already know;
1. The speedometer drive was moved from beneath the driven clutch, over to the chaincase, so it wouldn't get taken out with a blown belt.
2. According to a brochure I used to have, the seat foam was softer for the 80 models. I know my 79 Invader is made from pretty firm stuff!
3. Somehow, Kawasaki increased the instrument lighting "brightness" for 1980, either with different bulbs, or a subtle design change of the instruments...?
4. Probably the most significant change was the new tuned muffler for the 1980 440 Invader. The brochures of the day claimed a 5 % increase in power....which would be roughly 3 or 3.5 HP.??
