seat bolt clutch spring

Hello fellow Kawasaki friends ...
I am in search of a clinch nut, part number 92015-3543 and a clutch spring part number 922081-3002 any help would be greatly appreciated .

Which seat nut is broken out?  Front or rear?

Here are two  photos of a seat bolt repair.  This approach has worked very well.

For the rear, I am now bolting the seats down through the glove box lid hinges.  We drill dead center between the rivets and then use a 1/4" stainless bolt.  Holds well, and is easy to access if it needs to come off again.
