Title: Ride in Rangely, Maine yesterday...
Post by: Tory944 on December 29, 2014, 07:17:12 AM
Since mother nature hasn't been promoting the sport locally, my father and I took a few sleds west yesterday.  It was about 40 degrees and the snow was "sloppy", but I can't complain!  No breakdowns and we logged about 35 miles.  The Liquifire was a blast...   I took my gps along for the ride and managed 65-70 mph on a few of the straights with the Blizzard and Liquifire.  If this stuff freezes, it will make for some fast riding.  My poor father had all he could do to try and keep up with his Summit.  They say "nothing runs or handles like a deere" well, they are right.  Through the woods, it will stay with just about anything. 8) Enjoy!

Hey, I was in Rangely over the summer!  My wife's family has a cottage up there on the lake, and there was so many family members going up that they rented another one as well.  Beautiful place.  It was much hotter then, then it looks now.
