I know there is one in Kansas - 9xx miles all original and in remarkable shape with the exception of a couple little things that need done to her.  I love that dark hood color the way it looks black then green in the light.......

I have 2 on the way! I just purchased one that seems to be in excellent shape! His friend actually had another to be used as a parts sled! I mbought it as well! I am hoping that maybe I can try to revive it! I would hate like hell to part her out if she can be revived as once i would part it out... it will be gone forever!

Any thoughts from some avid Kawi owners out there?? Or is it better to get more 4/6 getting reveived than just 1??!!

If the motor is good, fix it up and put it on the trails. the 4/6 is a blast to ride!!

Sounds good to me! Thx!

Did the 4/6 and 81-82 LTD have a completely different suspension and ride?

I am also hearing parts darn near impossible to come by if needed! Especially engine parts...pistons rings etc!

Thoughts on where I can get if needed? I saw a discussion but not definitive on whether or not you can use regular 440 pistons

I know the one 4/6 is not currently running but I will see what kind of magic my dad and I might be able to work out!
