Invader 340 Mikuni VM 32 complete rebuild kit
« on: March 12, 2015, 03:58:42 PM »
Does anyone know where I can find a complete reputable rebuild kit for the Mikuni VM 32 carbs on my Invader 340?

Thanks

I have found that often you don't need everything that is in a rebuild kit and not everything you need is in the kit. It is usually easier and cheaper to buy the parts you need. Try and get genuine Mikuni parts. newbreedparts.com is an excellent place to get carb parts. The owner is jdmatt he is a member here and looks after the jdsleds.com website

pilot jet, main jet and new needle and seat should be all that the carbs need.

I would also add choke plunger, if it's a power jet/econo jet then you need the O-ring, and a bowl gasket just in case it rips apart.

As Lloyd said I'm a parts dealer and can put a package together if you like.  I might need help finding the jet sizes for you.
