Alignment Tool
« on: March 16, 2015, 04:32:34 PM »
O.k.  Found a Kawi guy who wants a repro clutch alignment tool.  I need your email address or phone number.  This guy is not on Ktrax so I told him I'd locate one for him.  Think it was Trucker I bought one from, but can't remember for sure.  Old age thing.... ;)       Thanks!

I purchased the material for 6 more several weeks back and have been trying to work it into the mill.  Part of the trouble is most of the things I make are made of aluminum.  In the case of aluminum the chips must be clean or all you have is scrap.  This means I need to clean before and after I do something not made from aluminum.  Should be in the next couple weeks with some luck. They are exact copies but this time I will do a couple with several holes in them to lighten them up for shipping to Canada.  The goal is to get the package under 4 pounds.  If it's over 4 the shipping cost goes thru the roof.

I finished 6 tools.  They are $60.00 each plus shipping.  Seems a little steep but doing these is a pay cut at this price.  Material is $15.00 each plus a $150.00 cutter means I pocket very little this time around.  1 of the tools is less than perfect in the cosmetic department but will work fine so will sell for a little less.
