I contacted the guy in duluth, as we needed some parts for the 4 invaders we just picked up (2 440's, 2 340's). It didn't sound like there was a lot of good parts left, but I'm hoping to at least find a temp gauge or 2 down there. He did say he has several good running old kawasaki sleds, these are just what he had left and isn't using.

Thanks! I don't know exactly what happened, but last year I went and checked out a local vintage ride, and my cousin and I decided we'd get something for this year. I'm more excited to ride my invader than I am my assault at this point... Tonight I finished assembling the motor for the 78 440, hoping to get it in the sled this weekend. I should probably start a new thread, since i have a few questions about some pieces and their intended locations (the 78 came in boxes).
