I don't live in Ohio, but have a couple of questions.  First, how clean are the carbs and the jets?  The second question is whether or not the primer may be leaking?

Crabs are spotless cleaned them at least 15 times trying to figure this out I have new jets on the way pilots are chewed up from being taken in and out so many times the tank is spotless fuel pump is clean the filter in the tank Is clean I even added filters on the fuel lines from the pump to the carb. I cant get it to run half way decent both cylinders get hot when I pull one plug wire off in kinda spits and sputters I pull the other off it dies out. I know the primer t has a leak when I prime it the t squirts fuel.

Now it seems to be okay when I pull a plug wire off it dies out just as much as the other my temps on the cylinders are about the same plugs look good it idled fine I am running some premix in there with the oil imjection hooked up as well because I just did crank seals and didn't want it running on dry gas while I bled the oil system

sounds like it needs to be run a little to clear out.
