i got tired of that so put on a set of invader carbs..had to make a small bracket to mount the oil cable and all went right on, and runs better imo

I did the same , unfortunately not original anymore but works better imo also.

The diaphragms are still available on ebay. Keihin accelerator pump diaphragm. Joel

Thanx to all that responded . I decided to go with the new diaphragms since sled has less than 500 original miles and is as new . At sometime I might try the mikuni route since I have all the parts that are needed just to see the difference in performance .

one that low miles i'd keep it stock too
