Title: Primary clutch slides And bushing

Hi folks
Title says it all. I'm looking for 3-6 white plastic slides for the invader primary. And the one  bushing on the bottom side of the clutch.   My one invader has 5500 miles on the original clutch and when I gave it a once over noticed the slides are wore at an angle and the bushing is sloppy.    Thought I found the parts from a kawasaki mule , but slides are discontinued and the bushing I'm looking for is bigger.  So anyone have any? Or ideas? I'd appreciate it    Thanks -mike

Some of the clutch parts are still available from your local Kawasaki dealer.  I'm not sure about that specific bushing (I don't have my parts manual near by to look it up), but looks like those plastic sliders are re-numbered and still available.  Here's some info from the parts interchange thread:

I need to get the kaw books with the part numbers in it.  I have factory manuals , which books have the numbers ?

The part number for the slides is what I Tried to order and they said its been discontinued.   The slides are the same as the kaw mule.  I can't see there not being none available.   ?

When I rebuild my clutch, I brought the assembly to a local machine shop.  The owner used to race sleds.  He had some rough material and just made a bushing to fit the part.  He dressed up the mating surface so all would be nice nice when things start turning.  My Kawa dealer wanted a specific bike model to order those slides.  So I found a 1998 Kawa Prairie also has that same clutch.  He was able to order the parts I needed.   :D

Bushing part number 92028-3001   it is 40 x 44 x 20 mm

Rebuilt my invader clutch to like new condition for under 45$ All new bushings ,slides ,ramp bushings. Like I say like new, no more noise or broken sounds lol.
