I seen this to. Going to ask the guy all about it. Price is a little too high. Mark, I see you live in the U.P.  What's part of Michigan?  I grew up around Sault St. Marie.

I Checked with the guy and he said his friend is pretty firm on the price. The sled is located in a town called Milford P.A..  The friend has a 1972 EXT 440 for sale it is restored and he said he used all NOS parts on it asking $8,500. Thought someone might be interested in it, his # is 215-254-8846 and his name is George. he send me some pics, but I do not know how to load them to here.

I'm about 4 hours away. If I was that close I would be there checking out that interceptor asap. Call the guy today, no reply yet. Seeing if he was firm on the price.

Mark, I was stationed over that way back in 1979 - 1983 at K.I. Sawyer A.F.B. and my dad lives in a little town called Kinross, which is about 150 miles east of there. I had a 1978 340 Invader at the time and would ride it to work which was about 5 to 6 miles away to get to the base.  That was one of the  best sleds I ever had, never gave me any problems and you know how cold it gets up that way in the winter. I'm heading back that way this spring for a week to visit my dad.   Doug
