Is there much difference on the bulk heads from Invader to Interceptor minus bracket tree ?

I will go and do some measuring. Going from memory spindle to spindle is 3" wider on Interceptor but I think inner bulk head is the same.

Depending upon the year, the engine mounts will be different.  The Interceptor should be the same as the 81/82 LTD.  The mounts for the other year Invaders will be slightly different.  We went through the process of converting a 81 LTD to accept a 1979 engine.  While not particularly difficult, i don't plan to do that again.
