I picked up this Drifter last year and got it home in the back of our Grand Caravan. It started and ran fine and we rode it a little. It had a busted key in the switch so I just used the kill switch as an on/off switch. Last thing last spring when it was time to put it away the starter rope busted so I had to drag it with the 4 wheeler to it's resting spot. Today I switched out the recoil and found 1 of the 3 bolts busted off in the hole >:(. After some drilling and taping I got it out without damaging the threads. Recoil is good again, next was a new key switch. Knew I had some and after looking in the correct box out comes a brand new one. Now maybe even the lights will work?? It still needs plenty of TLC but I am considering taking this one to Braapfest.
