Since I have been messing around with the 4/6, I started looking at the spare carbs that are on the shelf and I found a pair where one has a broken power jet port. That is probably not the correct name, but the plastic hose barb on the part that injects the fuel into the mouth of the carb is broken off. It looks like it was pressed in. Does anyone know if these can be replaced? And if so how?

Have to be very careful about it but I've done it before using a pair of pliers.

They are pressed in. They can be removed with pliers being slow and very careful. Trick is finding replacements.
If anyone has some or knows where your can get them. Please let me know.

Mark, it is not a need at the moment. They are the carbs that will go on the next Invader project. So if you have a spare that is great. If not, I am still able to run a few sleds this season.
It looks like we failed a crank seal on the 440 Invader yesterday. That is the one that had a pitted end shaft that we turned down to remove the pitting. So it didn't have as much for the seal to ride on - but we got 5 good years out of that seal. But that engine will need to come out for a full re-build. Just a little too early in the season.
