I'm riding #553 to a local show tomorrow. This will be my first ride on the sled (other than short testing). Although it has a nasty hesitation off the line, I think I have it jetted close enough to make it there and back. Wish me luck!

These old sleds are like swimming ...never go alone!
Good luck!!!

How did it go? I assume you rode it to the Karlin show? I am sure there were a lot of people drooling all over it. When I took my Invaders to the show and Tip Up Town in Houghton Lake, there were lots of people commenting on how great the Invaders were. I can only imagine what they had to say about the Interceptor.

Yes, we rode to the Karlin show. It was an ok show, not a real big turn out. My Invader ran flawlessly and started on the first pull. #553 ran ok on the way there and terrible on the way back. But it made it.
It ended up being a great day. Vintage show in the morning, took a nice ride in the afternoon, then to the Pro snow cross races in the evening.
