Title: what color is the blue on the 1980 f/a drifters

hello just picked up a 1980 f/a 34o drifter that the hood was painted a differant color, so what color blue where they  any car colors or whats the paint code sure would be a great help..thx

I have never found direct info on original paint codes but you could bring the hood to a paint supplier and have it mixed to match. I havent seen it for awhile but there used to be a spray bomb that was close just a bit darker i think it was a duplicolor brand.

I finally located the color that I used a couple of years ago. It is the closest I have found to the 1978-1980 Kawasaki Blue.

PlastiKote #311 Blue.

The only place that I have found it is CarQuest auto parts.
