Getting ready to start the restoration on #378.  I pulled this from a barn down in Iowa 5 years ago and figured its about time to get at it.  I don't have a time set of when it will be completed.  Just want to take the time to do it correctly.  Started off today by ordering a new seat cover from Image Enterprises.  Eventually will need another hood being the current one is trashed on one side.   A correct set of skis will be needed as well.

  Nice sled!  Looks like an excellent resto canidate.  Hopefully you can get those kehins cleaned up and working correctly.  Isn't it amazing how fast "five" years goes by...   I hope in "five" more years I'll be able to finish half of the projects I've started!!  Good luck!                                                            Tory
