Title: Meeting Spot at Waconia?

Post by: jimvw57 on January 18, 2014, 11:59:17 PM: Last few times we met at the bar/restaurant on the lake towards the end of the trail ride. about 1 mile before the end of the ride. Last year there was not a trail ride so the picture didn't happen.

Seems like we always run into each other before the trail ride starts up. Open to suggestions...

Post by: jimvw57 on January 20, 2014, 11:15:28 AM: We should try for the Photo at Lola's again. If you take the trail ride, Lolas is just past downtown Waconia on the lake. One of the main car/truck entrances to the lake with docks piled up by it. About a mile or so before the end of the ride around the lake. Highest count so far is 17 sleds in the picture. No picture last year as the ride was cancelled for lack of snow. This year looks like there is plenty.

Post by: Cpt. Kawi on January 31, 2014, 09:25:48 PM: yeah that was the one; Its was on a large white goose neck. He came all the way from ND and had a tractor he was picking up one the way home. I gave him a hard time about not having a cover over it, but also good to see people are also using there sleds.
