Will the drifter 440/A2 cylinder fit my Intruder that has 440/A2 cylinders on it?

Yes it will fit, BUT intake is different.  Intruders are twin carbs and the carb boot bolts to the cylinder, Drifters are single carbs and an intake manifold bolts to the cylinder,
