Yet again not a Kawasaki, but I am sure that you agree that this would be too hard to resist. 71 Arctic Cat Panther 202 Wankel Rotary complete with a Kutter. The dust is original, these have been stored for the past 20 years. Cushions were stored safe and dry in the house. I would say it was a good day.

HAAA, I also have that sled. I have yet to hear it run but I have it.

that wankel can be a tester.....I would have picked it up for the cutter, good score

It is interesting that you say that. When he first mentioned the sled I was not interested. It wasn't until he got to the part about the cutter that I bit.

Does anyone have a good pattern for a hitch for an Invader? I am doubtful that this Panther will ever run again but I would like to take advantage of the cutter.

I will look at one of mine that I think has a hitch and get back to you.

I have some NOS Kawasaki hitch kits. Let me know if interested. Chrome plated and ready to go ;-)

No prior experience with rotary engines so I may need some help.

Not much to them... Only one way to learn and that is to rip into it! 8) The sled looks like it is really nice. If nothing else transplant a different engine into it. And by "different" I mean a Kawasaki! ;)

The sled is in very good shape. I am particularly impressed by the original cushions. They cleaned up nicely. Tried to coax the engine into starting and while it sort of sounded like it wanted to pop we didn't actually get it to rotate by itself. We will see what the winter holds. Right now we have a few Kawasaki sleds that need a little TLC before the season starts.
