I had a batch of these made up and have a few extra if anyone needs some.  They are an exact replica of a NOS part.  $25 shipped per pair (outside the USA will be more).  $18/pair for additional.

What questions do you have?  When I make mine I make the ID a little snugger than the stock ones.

Yes, they are in process now.  I expect them to be done soon.  The price has went up (as with everything it seems) from the last time I had them made in 2017.  They will be $25/pair PLUS shipping cost.
