Title: You guys are going to get sick of me...

One more quick question. When I bought my 79 Intruder, It had plastic ski skins on it. I love them! Ive been looking everywhere for some for my 78. anybody know where to get them? or maybe some info like the skis are the same as say... like a elan or something? you know, to cross reference them easier? Thanks again.

yah the plastic skins are nice if you can find ones that fit. as an alternative clean off the bottom of the skis and repaint them with a high solids, snow plow blade paint. they will be very slick and snow and ice tends not to stick to them at all . mine went two seasons before i redid them but its cheap and just part of my maintenance schedule now
