Those of you who know me, know I always have some sort od problem at Waconia, flat tires, broken trailers, broken trucks, etc. Well to combat this, I got a different tow vehicle. Maybe it will help???

says it can handle a 5500 lb trailer......

Jim I dont think the curse has to do with what you drive. Good luck with this one. keep it way from the smurf killer

crank seals have been changed...... S.K. already thinks I got it for him, the girlfriend and their lil one....
-
Good Luck but keep the keys in your pocket.

I learned that on my smart. it tends to lock the doors when it feels like it.
I only have one key for this, tried to have a duplicate one made and it doesn't work. guess I have to take it back and see if they can make one work. Besides, with the color of the truck, it should hide good in the grass (maybe not the snow)

Carbs rebuilt on the 4/6, new needle and seats, and o-rings, rebuilt fuel pump, (I remembered to add the missing hole in the gasket) , next is new fuel lines and vent hoses.
This weekend (got Thursday and Friday off) will be other sled details, then on to the snowblower. I want to sand out the discharge chute and paint it with something that the snow won't stick to.

Jim you been watching too many Mutual Of Omaha's Wild Kingdom reruns ? Range Rovers are for eluding charging rhinos not Mad Kaws.

A charging Rhino would be a piece of cake compared to a pissed off wife....

Again!

Jim get her a brand new oven, Betty Crocker cookbook, $100 Pampered Chef gift card and ask God for all the help He can offer. You just might stand a chance . . .

Yeah, she's a BIG fan of those Black & Decker Christmases... She may not be big but you forgot about the pissed off part!

Well, after 2-3 weeks of messing with the Land Rover, I think I found the problem. Looks to be a bad connection that was shutting down the electric fuel pump. So far it has been working great since the repair. Before the repair, it was 100% repeatable to make it fail. so I feel pretty good. The tow strap is still in the back of the truck....

Ah yes, another gremlin emerged.. Brake light switch bit the dust so it wouldn't shift out of park and no brake lights. Easy fix..
