Not sure if this if applicable here or not... But...
Brian Nelson's article on vintagesleds.com is very well written and worth the read. And because of JD's connection with the Kawi technology of the day I thought I'd throw it up for conversation here. I spent my childhood browsing Brian's dealership - Nelson Marine - in Spicer, MN 'wishing' for those sleds. Born was my love of snowmobiling, and those cool sleds of late 70's & 80's. Riding today's current sleds is a different sport altogether, fun in it's own sense, but nothing like the riding where we 'cut out teeth'.
