Transporting sleds
« on: February 03, 2015, 12:32:44 PM »
Looking for ideas for transporting sleds over long distances (300+ miles) that won't bankrupt the buyer.

Put an ad on vintagesleds.com classifieds.  I've had very good luck finding rides for sleds for great prices.

Location is near Spokane, Washington.
Yes, I'll be selling a LOT of Kawasaki sleds & stuff. Just don't know when. Trouble is the sleds have become like family members and it's hard to let go.

I'd like to keep them all but it pains me to see them setting and not being used. Since my surgery I haven't been on a sled or bike and probably won't be. (Just sold 21 motorcycles and have another 20 to go)
There's 3 Interceptors, 2 Invaders, 2 Invader parts sleds, 2 LTD’s, 1 Drifter, One Columbia, Tons of parts & tools including a pair of OEM pistons/rings for Interceptor and some collectable's.
I also have a very large (3x6 foot) dealer sign. It's illuminated inside, two sided and says Kawasaki Snowmobiles. Probably the last one in existence.
I'm making a list with pictures for the sleds, parts and collectables. Would like to sell as a lot.
