Spacer between intake manifold and jugs?

I'm disassembling and cleaning motor parts on drifter. What's with the spacer? what's it called and where to get new ones? its plastic 3/8 inch thick same shape as gasket. does it come off? I chip the corner with hammer trying to get it off

They are called isolator blocks

Thank you. If they break up while removing. can I get them? do I need them?

The SA340-A4 pn is 16073-3002.  The SA440-A4 pn is 16061-517 if you go looking for NOS ones.   I would think there are plenty of used ones out there.  You might get by without it but I would keep them in there.  Kawasaki put them in there for a reason.  Good Luck
