Air bubbles in oil line
« on: February 01, 2016, 11:21:37 AM »
What do you think could be the cause of air bubbles in the oil lines to the engine? My kid just re-did his 78 Invader 440 and he says he has air bubbles in the line. I don't know how he bleed them, but I thought I would start the investigation process first. He didn't do anything with the oil pump except clean it with Brake Kleen. Thanks

I just took a look at my 1980 manual.  The procedure for bleeding the pump begins on page 2-40.  Do you have a manual?
