Can the belly pan be taken off and put back on without taking the motor or anything else off except the skis?

I've never done it but I think it would work.

We have only removed and installed belly pans with the sleds inverted.  But since the main attachment points are on the outside ends of  the steering support, at the foot rests, and across the front of the tunnel my best guess is that it is fully removable so long as the sled is fully suspended or solidly supported on its side.
