WANTED: Headlight latch pin and spring

The Intimidator needs a pin and spring for the headlight latch (#41 and #42 in the picture).  They are part numbers: 

Pin, Latch 92043-3509
Spring, close torsion 92081-3520

I would like to find 2 of each, preferably NOS but good used would work.  I found the steel pin seizes in the aluminum latch piece.  All of the headlight assemblies that I have are seized. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!  I have some hard to find NOS parts that I would be willing to trade or $$$.
