Suspension help 79 invader 440

I need some help with my suspension out of my Invader I recently dropped the skid out and replace idler bearings but when I put the skid back in I have the track rubbing on one of my track guard bars Rub strip. When i lift the tack off the ground the rub strip is in an angled position being very tight to the track. When the track is on the ground it will pivot back to the level flat position. I have attatched a picture of how is is with the track off the ground. Did i install the skid wrong?

From what I can see, those photos look  normal to me.

That loop is intended to keep the drive lugs from hitting the cross bar.  We had a sled where the loop was too low and kept wondering about the clunking sound we were hearing from the suspension - that is until we saw the 4 shiny spots on the cross bar where the lugs were hitting.  Some of the later suspensions added some small idler wheels.  I think that I have a photo that would show the wheels

I guess I should have added that the smaller idlers are to the left of the main support bracket shown in the photo.

Ok maybe i will try alittle tweeking tomorrow. The wear in the track and shinny spot on wear bar strip are fresh and new since i reinstalled the skid

Welcome to the site!!  What year is the sled?

 Something is definitely out of position with that loop. See pic 1 to see how it should look with the sled at rest.
 It's hard to tell without seeing it, but I suspect you have arm #28, or parts 20, 21,22 assembled wrong, or arm 28 flipped over. Arm 28 is keyed to shaft 32 and can only go on one way.....unless you have them flipped over backwards.

 Here is a skid from an '81 Intruder....same as yours except for the addition of the 2 idler wheels mswyka mentioned  in place of loops on previous diagram...on bracket #30.
 This is how it should look when bolted in tunnel.
