New kawasakis
« on: January 13, 2019, 08:08:54 AM »
Has anyone ever thought of writing to Kawasaki Heavy Industries and find out why they won't get back in the snowmobile business?  Wishing one day to win the lottery and just buy them out. ( Snowmobiles only) since it seems they will not ever come back in. The new name would be Kauersaki snowmobiles. ;D  My snowmobiles would look like the old ones, but more tech. in them. Just like chevy and crysler copying the old ones in their cars. They would be the fastest ever sled in the world, some where around 200 horse power. Might need wheelie bars  :) :) :) :)

These sleds were way ahead of their time. Kawasaki was wrong to get out, in my opinion. Bad business decision . Look at how many are still going today. They made a awesome machine.

Ya. They do jet ski's and side by sides, why not snowmobiles? Unfortunately, they'd end up looking just like the other four you can't tell apart.

Awhile back when I was communicating with their legal people I did ask the question, along with a couple other questions. That was the only question they didn't answer.

That was when I got permission to copy the Kawasaki manuals to put in the members section of this site. I was in direct communication with them for about 15 years. Really nice people. Lots of information.

Maybe they're kicking the idea of getting back into snowmobiles around and didn't want to let the cat out of the bag!  :)
