Invader production?

Does anyone know what kind of production numbers there were for Invaders? Did they make thousands? Tens of thousands?

Good morning,
 I’m not exactly sure how that works but the invaders ; I have serial numbers SS440A- 005718 and 007390 both made in early 78.

I have two 1980 LTDs SS440B-001108 and 001844.

I believe the LTD numbers were lower than expected but I’m figuring the invaders probably went 10,000+.
I have also asked that question and somebody said someone out there did have production numbers , I’d be very curious to see what they were ? this is my two cents thanks have a great day. ArcticInvader

Hi, a buddy of mine has the total numbers for all invaders made from 78 to 81. 340 and 440 together. I will give him a call. He talked directly with someone at Kawasaki Heavy Industries.
