The Kawasaki clutch puller is the only one that will work. The are available for about $15 from Dennis Kirk or Shadetree. Cheap investment.

Invader/Intruder/Interceptor - Kawasaki clutch tool.  All others use the Arctic Cat hex clutch tool except the 81 Drifter which had it's own puller.

I brought mine to the local Brafasco and the bolt to try the water trick was $24.00 and they didn't stock them. The proper clutch puller is less than $20.00.  Needless to say the proper ones on its way.

My Brafasco dealer checked the thread with a tap and said it was M14 x 1.5 pitch but I was thinking later that if it was an Arctic cat clutch than why would it be metric?  I left Release All in the hole for the clutch for a few days and it came off with little effort. ;)

Hex clutch puller would have 9/16-18 threads.
