I'm not sure I'd try Aaen pipes on an intruder motor...  The Aaen pipes are tuned to run around 9000 rpm.  It might be better to try some 4/6 LTD pipes/clutching and port the cylinders.

I think I'd start with 4/6 clutching and adjust from there...

Back in 1983 I bought a used set of Aaen pipes, 38mm carbs, modified "J" ramps and  taller gearing for my Invader from an ad in the local newspaper. The guy I bought these items from had been using them on an Intruder,....not an Invader. He was speed/radar running his Intruder with these Invader parts. He showed me a 1st place trophy from a radar run,....94 mph. Keep in mind the standard distance back at that time for radar runs was 1320 ft,...not 1000 ft as it is today. Still very impressive regardless of the distance. I know,..I know,...those pipes/carbs/clutching arent supposed to work on an Intruder,...but I just wanted to share the story anyway. Dont shoot the messenger.
