I just spoke to him two nights ago and ordered one of those kits. The site says they don't take orders through email. Best to call and talk to someone personally and place your order. It was $55.00 plus shipping. They do have some bolt on filler necks on amazon and ebay but they are steel. I was afraid of rusting. Here is the link to the one on ebay:
