Really cool 1974 SnoJet Sabre jet in your pictures. Is that yours too, Interceptor 398?
That was my 1st sled, purchased in the fall of '78. I later sold it to buy my Invader in 1982.
I loved that sled, but couldn't afford to keep it too. I learned lots of lessons with that SabreJet.
Fortunately, none of them resulted in injury to the sled or me.
I remember its early slide rail suspension had steel rails rather than aluminum.
A neighbor bought a Johnson with its unique horizontally opposed twin engine, that sounded really different, and it had a bogey wheel suspension.
We traded off a few times while out riding, and I remember how you could feel every little bump with the bogeys....I thought the SabreJet was waaay better ...and really rode great.....until I experienced the ride on the Invader.
That one in your pictures looks really nice.
