What RPM does the Katana motor run?  Clutches are only supposed to run at around 8000 RPM, some street bike motors run 16,500 RPM  :o That's enough to grenade a snowmobile clutch!

Yes I was afraid of that too. The katana redlines about 12k I think. But I'm running off the clutch basked on the bike motor and it's already geared down. It runs gear to gear the one on the crank is about 4 inches in dia. And the one on the clutch is about 6 inches.
