Hood Hinge Pins

Anyone have a good source for hood hinge pins?  I have managed to lose two this season.

Tory:

Thank you.  I managed to find two good used pins.  We have quite a few that are in bad shape from freezing inside the hinge - mostly the e-clip groove gets beat up from being driven out of the hinge.  At any  rate I was interested to see if anyone had found an interersting replacement option.  If not, let me know if you do turn up a few good ones.

Chances are I've got some good pins.  Sometimes I just end up changing the entire hinge thanks to those pesky pins!  I prob have 25 hinges so I suspect a few pins are salvageable!  If you're not in a huge rush, I'll just mail you a couple pins when I get a chance to breath.  lol.  Just remind me.    Take care!   Tory

Thank you.  No rush here.  I will add that since we have three projects in the works I will probably be reaching out to you over the course of the next year for some other obscure part that we have run out of.

I looked for a replacement a couple years ago.  I couldn't find an exact replacement but I did find some that were a little too long.  These could be cut down and have a clip groove cut into them.  If I had a lathe I would've went this route.  Instead I paid the price and picked up some NOS on eBAY.

I have some NOS ones to. I also have some other NOS parts, smaller items if you are looking for something else.

Do you happen to have air box gaskets 92093-3523? Looking for a pair if anyone has a couple. Joel
