Copyrighted material.
« on: November 12, 2015, 04:29:28 PM »
I joined on here too late to see the " supporting members" section.
I find myself a bit perplexed. I will never fail to try to abide by the wishes of this site.
As some of you no doubt know, there is a website with copies of the owners, parts, service, and assembly manuals for all kinds of vintage sleds, including Kawis.
How are we doing re-establishing the members section?
With an older brother that is a retired blood sucking attorney,  :( :o I agree we should proceed with all due diligence.
But, does Kawasaki Heavy Industries really care in 2015? Why would they not want to promote, participate..(or at least give their blessing) to a group still involved with a product line they chose to abandon in 1982?
I'm NOT criticizing in any way......just wishing for the day we could freely share this stuff...and offering to help however I could...although my computer skills are only recently passing the Neanderthal stage.. ;D
Isn't there a "Statute of Limitations" on this stuff?..somewhere?
I should call my deadbeat, retired brother (just kidding about the deadbeat part) in California. He eventually helped form a very successful law firm that specialized in Corporate Bankruptcies....imagine that in California!!....although he wouldn't know how to change a spark plug in my Invader.. ;D ;D

We have permission to use the material.  The problem is me being to swamped with things higher up on my list that need doing. Keep your finger crossed. ;)

Thanks for the offers but I need to take care of it!!  When we had it before it turned into nightmare for Trucker and I don't want that this time around. Suggestions are always welcome.  Thanks
