So I'm getting ready to drop in Polaris skid as well. I have compared them side by side. The Ltd suspension has about the same travel as the Polaris 6 inches. The Claris skid is 5 pounds heavier than the LTD skid. I have taken measurements and the front bolt hole needs to be 3 inches rear of the original but at the same height. The rear hole is 25 inches from the front hole and 1.75 inches higher from original. This will place the skid has the exact same location as the original skid.
